Fox Hollow Post Acute skilled nursing facility is committed to excellence in serving the Brownsville community. We strive for excellence every single day. Throughout our meetings we have with our department heads and with our staff we discuss how the things that they here from day-to-day doesn’t just affect them or the patient that day but it affects the entire community. Excellence is our number one goal. 

We have great people coming in on their day off to actually see the residents that they take care of here. When I ask anybody to do anything they go above and beyond. They have passion. They want to take care of people. They want to do a good job. They want to make a difference, and they do it because they want to. You don’t find that everywhere. I love coming to work every single day because they teach me more than I could ever imagine just based upon their examples of service and doing what they do best. We take the time to listen. 

Ultimately they’re the ones delivering the care. The ones that are our eyes and ears on a day to day. They know that we do listen and that we are here for them. They impact us to deliver results. This gives our team more available time to be there for the resident. 

It starts with trust. Building that trust with my team members. Showing them that our leadership team is here, and we are available. They can reach me at all hours of the day. We focus on creating a culture where there is respect and love. Then we have fun while we’re doing it. We feel each person is our family coming to receive skilled nursing care. When people come, they can feel that care. Each person is receiving that care that they deserve. When people come visit, they want to be a part of this caring environment.
